Community Sessions
Reserve an individual spot and enjoy the sauna alongside up to three other guests. Sessions are intentionally limited to four participants to create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.
Private Group Experience
Want the sauna to yourselves? Reserve all four spots and enjoy a private experience with friends or family. Private groups may accommodate up to six guests when everyone is part of the same party.

Please bring:
A towel to sit on (required for all guests)
A refillable water bottle (filtered water is available for refills)
A swimsuit, gym shorts, or comfortable sauna attire
Sandals or easy slip-on shoes
A robe, sweatshirt, or cover-up for comfort between sauna rounds
A small changing area is available on-site.

Yes, restroom facilities are available at all sauna locations.
As our sauna experiences are hosted at a variety of unique venues, restroom accommodations may vary by location. We appreciate your respect and care for the host property and facilities.

To help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Guests must be 18 years or older
Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may affect your ability to tolerate heat
Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. If you have any medical concerns, consult your physician before participating
Arrive with a clean body and avoid oils, lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen
Remove shoes and outerwear before entering the sauna
A clean towel is required at all times
No food, gum, or beverages inside the sauna
Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, or uncomfortable
Only water may be poured on the sauna stones
No phones, cameras, or recording devices inside the sauna
No glass containers
Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund

Most guests alternate between time in the sauna, cooling down outdoors or at the rinse station, hydrating, and relaxing. There is no “right” way to sauna—you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and enjoy the experience that feels best for you.
