Every sauna session is a little different, but when you arrive we’ll walk you through the space, share a few simple guidelines, and show you where to store your belongings.
We have a restroom on-site that can also be used as a changing area, so you’re welcome to arrive in your sauna attire or change once you’re here.
When you begin expect to share the sauna with other guests, creating a relaxed, communal atmosphere.
Most guests move through a series of rounds—spending about 5–10 minutes in the heat, followed by time to cool off, hydrate, and rest before heading back in. You can expect to step in and out of the hot room several times throughout your session.
Sweating is part of the experience, and to help you cool down, we offer two outdoor shower sprayers for rinsing off and resetting between rounds.

Guests must be 18+
Do not use the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medications that may affect awareness, circulation, or your ability to tolerate heat
Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. If you have any medical conditions, consult your physician before participating
Enter with a clean body—please remove oils, lotions, perfumes, and sunscreen beforehand
Remove shoes and outerwear before entering the sauna
A clean towel is required at all times
No food, gum, or drinks inside the sauna (water is welcome outside the hot room)
Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, or uncomfortable
Only water may be poured on the sauna stones

No glass containers
Any harassment, unwanted interaction, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal without refund
