Cedar and Sol Mobile Sauna Rental — Terms of Use

We’re honored to bring the Cedar and Sol sauna experience to you. Our intention is to create a space for warmth, connection, and renewal—held with care, respect, and shared responsibility. Please review the following before booking.

• A valid government-issued ID is required to reserve your sauna experience.

• A refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery. A payment request will be sent via e-mail. Alternative payment methods are accepted as well (Cash, Check, Venmo, etc).

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before your booking will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the $100 deposit.

• We’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

• We handle delivery, placement, and setup of the sauna, seating area, and supplied wood according to an agreed upon location on your property.

• The renter must be present for both delivery and pickup.

• Please ensure:

  • Clear access for a trailer delivery

  • A level, safe, and suitable location with no overhead branches or power lines.

  • If the space isn’t accessible or safe upon arrival, we may not be able to proceed with setup.

• We invite you to use the sauna with intention and respect for both the space and those sharing it.

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 persons

  • Guests must be 18+, or supervised by an adult

  • No smoking or illegal substances in or around the sauna

• Surfaces on and around the wood-stove heater become extremely hot—please use care

• Keep flammable materials away from the wood-stove heater

• Respect local fire guidelines and restrictions (Drought, smoke nuisance, etc).

• Please return the sauna and all items in the same condition they were received

• Do not move, tow, or modify the sauna

• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charge

Sauna is a powerful practice. By choosing this experience:

• You accept responsibility for your own well-being and that of your guests

• You understand the physical nature of heat exposure

• If you have health concerns, we encourage consulting a medical professional beforehand

Cedar and Sol is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during use. Participation is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to hold Cedar and Sol harmless from any claims or damages arising during your rental period. Cedar and Sol also reserves the right to cancel a rental if for any reason safety is at risk.
